Troubleshooting Power Supply

The device is shipped with a medical grade 12V, 3.5A power supply. The power supply and device use USB-C type connectors.

Do not use any power supply other than the type supplied with the device. Doing so may damage the device.

The device is capable of charging at its specified rate on the included 12V supply even if it is turned on.

When available use a NextVein power supply from another device to determine if the trouble is with the device or the power supply.
